Waste delivery with hazardous waste

Concrete, brick or stone that is presumed treated with paint, spraypaint, stucko or other materials dated before 1970 is presumed to contain toxic substances like PCB, Zinc, led or oil emulsions.

Construction waste containing these materials shall be treated as hazardous waste, and shall be declared and delivered to an approved facility.
